We're often complimented on the food we serve at the farm table. You can't really go wrong when you start with a good product.

However, I was raised in the kitchen with my mother baking and cooking every day and I know that there are many folks who weren't, and so don't realise how quick and easy it can be to throw something delicious together for supper. The cooking suggestions attached to the cuts are ideas based on my repertoire.
