Vowley Farm Delivery Service

This is a brilliant idea – so everyone keeps saying – and it's as simple as 1, 2, 3!

3. We'll deliver it to your door on Friday evening between 6-8pm

Our free delivery area is a 10 mile radius of the farm. That includes:

Lyneham, Grittleton, Braydon, Purton, Blunsdon, Swindon (as far as the A419), West Swindon, Wroughton, Winterbourne Bassett, Clevancy, Hilmarton, Wootton Bassett... and everywhere in between.

So here's the details:

• There is no minimum order to make this suitable for both families and people living on their own.

• You can download a PDF of the delivery flier here. Whilst this gives you a current price guide, our butcher can prepare pretty much anything you would like from the meat we produce on the farm, subject to availability.

• You can order any quantity – for example order as 6 sausages or 3 sirloin steaks or a joint of roast beef for 3 small meat eaters... (I can never get my head around how much that stuff weighs either!)

• Easy payment by card. We charge with the weights of meat we are delivering, and bring the receipt around to you at the same time. Call us for alternative arrangements.

• Feel free to email or phone us. If you're not sure what you'd like, we'll give you an idea of what's particularly good this week.

• Selection Boxes.  If you'd like us to make up a selection for you we can do that too – a bit like a weekly, fortnightly or monthly veg box :-)

Do you want something to go with our meat?

This is an alternative to supermarket shopping.

I find those places so draining and I often come away having spent more than I wanted with more than I need in my basket.

If you find it hard to get to farmers markets but would really like more local food on your plate at each meal, here's the service for you.

If you're ordering £10 or more of Vowley Farm meat this service is free, otherwise there's a small delivery charge of just £2.50.

• Brinkworth Dairy

  • Fresh whole milk £1.10 /1 litre

  • Fresh skimmed milk £1.10/1 litre

  • Handmade butter £2.10/pat

  • Local honey £3.25/jar

     

If there's something else you'd like, please let us know and we'll do our best to source it from our network of local producers.

As the service grows, we will be adding other organic and fair trade groceries and then you won't have to worry about any weekly shopping!
