We (again) participated in Open Farm Sunday this year, and it seemed to go very well.
The farm was open from 11am until 3pm, and at half-past three we found ourselves
still talking to enthusiastic people, that was nice.
The butchery demonstration from our very amiable in house butcher seemed to be well received, and the spinning demonstration using wool from the sheep that live on the farm, and were on hand in the yard, was well attended.
The farm walks didn't seem so much 'short' as 'verbose', I hope that was ok.
All in all it seemed like a good day from our perspective, we hope you enjoyed
yourself if you were here.
Getting to where we are now has been something of a journey for us. We're committed to being the best we can be. This carries over into what we produce, but the results aren't the reason we do it like that. They're results, the results of looking for things to be the best that we can make them.

Please enjoy the site. If you have something you'd like us to know, then email or call. If you'd like to visit, the same routes are a good place to start.
If you'd like to know more, please consider becoming a FoVF (just trips off the tongue, doesn't it?)
